Unused credits

Unused credits are refundable on request, unless an acceptable-use breach caused us costs. Where possible we refund to the method you paid with.

What you are never billed for

Time a server spends offline. Billing pauses automatically and resumes when the server returns.

An instance that fails to start. No GPU time is charged and the reserve is released.

What is not refundable

Time an instance ran for you, including time it sat idle, and the storage of an instance that existed. The idle guard can warn you, or stop an instance for you, so that idle time does not build up.

Billing mistakes

If we charge you wrongly, we correct it with an adjustment you can see on your statement.

Top-ups that do not arrive

If a top-up is not credited, send us the payment reference. If we cannot match a payment to your account, we return it.
