Acceptable use
Version 2026-09-22. These rules exist because every machine you rent runs under our provider account; misuse puts every other customer's access at risk.
You may
- Train and run machine-learning models, render, simulate, and process your own or licensed data.
- Run services on the mapped ports for your own use and testing.
- Use the public API with keys you created.
You may not
- Mine or stake cryptocurrency, or run any workload whose purpose is to earn tokens.
- Attack, scan, or disrupt other systems, send spam, or host content that is illegal in Nepal or in the host's country.
- Share your account, resell access, or run more instances than your plan allows.
- Store other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
What we do about it
We can stop or destroy an instance and close an account that breaks these rules, without refunding used credits. Unused credits are refunded unless the breach caused us costs.
Your data and the provider
Instances run on machines owned by independent hosts in our partner network, in the location shown on the offer. Hosts can go offline; we pause billing and credit lost time, but we cannot recover data from a host that has disappeared. Turn on backups for anything you cannot lose.
Identity checks
You do not need to send an ID to sign up or to rent. Renting is prepaid, and every payment carries the name on the account it came from; we check that name against the payment before adding credits.
We may ask for a government ID and a selfie before further rentals if a payment does not match, someone reports misuse, or the law requires it. Machines already running are not stopped while we check. We keep the documents while your account is open and delete them 90 days after it closes, or 90 days after a check we did not accept.
